Yes, employers should be able to fire an employee who posts negative comments online.
First, the employee exposed the secret of their company. This action not only encroaches on the company's privacy but breaks the company's rules.
Then, the employee couldn't give effective suggestions to the company; on the contrary, she didn't work hard and complained about the company.
Finally, the employee is not a good person to be employed by the company. She didn't work hard and wasn't loyal.
I think I agree with that the employees who exposed the secret of their company should be able to be fired.Because what the secrets of a company is what the life of a people. So they should be fried. However, what I disagree with Lulu is that the employee is not a good person to be employed by the company. Everyone does wrong things,we can not talk irresponsibly only by he or she do something wrong.

disagree. The words on the Facebook are only complaints. theres nothing can distain the company. and Facebook is a website for play. and they have right to say anything. also the suggestion from employees are very important. because they work their and know lot of things about the company. So they should not be fired.
